*Site Manager: Lady ElwenMy job is to handle everything else. If one of the other admins don’t have something in their job description, it falls to me. If they are unable to answer a question asked or unavailable to do so, you’ll be answered by me instead. If another admin doesn't answer your query within 3 days of your contacting them, see me instead. I run the review threads and perform final checks on posts in the archive. Admin applications, formatting, FAQ, testing, proofing/drafting/inspiring/uploading new content in various sections, site promotions, etc.: it all falls to me. In general, I am the one in charge here: if there’s something that’s causing a discrepancy, it’s my verdict that’s the finalizing decision. If you have a question that isn’t addressed in topic for another admin, email me. Or if you don’t know who to contact, email me for that, too. I’ll direct you to the right person as best I can, or answer it myself.

*Site Assistant Managers: Angel and Cerridwen Evereven
Their job is a sub-base version of the manager’s. If the manager is absent for some reason or another, contact one of these two lovely ladies. They handle any issues in the manager’s stead, and generally lurk around the site to check on things and cheer members on as they post, write, review, and generally participate at :~TOA~:
If the manager cannot make a final decision for one reason or another, their verdict stands in her stead. If there’s a question that needs to be answered, check with them if you can’t find the manager.

Viewing Manager:
The Viewing Manager is perhaps one of the most low-key positions within the site. She’ll make a weekly (or more frequently) check of every page in the site to make sure that fonts, spacing, and graphics are being displayed properly. If something is out of alignment, doesn’t display, or obscures something else, the Viewing Manager will email the manager. If you notice something wrong with the site display, email her, and she’ll either let you know if it’s been handled, check status, or let the manager know.
If you’re interested in holding a place as an admin on :~WTA~: but can’t commit as much as you’d like to, this might be a good place for you.
One-person team for this post.

Tech Support: Lady Elwen
Tech Support knows the guides for submissions and ratings backwards. Literally. If you’re posting a new submission and aren’t quite sure how the whole process works, contact Tech. She’ll suggest ratings, give you step-by-step instructions on posting, and more. This post is (and likely will be) held by the site manager.

Resource Admin:The Resource Admin(s) are the lovely people who check the resources we have and add to them. If we have a good resource, they promote it for us. If we add some good new ones, they announce it. Any articles that are in general considered something of a resource that isn’t on a webpage on someone else’s site are from them, and we’re eternally grateful for it. They’ll recruit those interested to write articles on certain topics, organize what we have, and submit new links and so forth to the manager for addition to the pages. Anything from “I want to see ________ at :~WTA~:” to “I want to help” and “I would be interested in adding to a resource here” goes to them. No more than a three-person primary team; unlimited number of volunteers.

URL Admin/Library Manager: NatalePosition held temporarily until a replacement can be found.[/i] The URL Admin(s) is in charge of keeping track of the listed URLs in our Reference section. They make sure the links we have listed are working properly, search for new, creditable links to the sections, and contact the manager to have the links posted. They’ll cite/describe books and other written (non-internet) resources. If you know of a good reference site or book, email the URL admin, and that will be taken care of and checked out. No more than a three-person core team; unlimited number of volunteers.

Review Admin:
The Review Admin mods the review boards and is the one to contact about a review. Aren’t happy with a review and you think it exceeds the limits or courtesy? Let her know. Any questions about reviewing, from where to do it to how you do it, just ask. There’s some consideration going around to having the review admin in charge of posting new review threads, as well.
Should the site become closed to public posting and require message approval or submission to management first, the Review Admin will be the one to keep track of reviews on pending submissions and list the submissions that need more reviews for acceptance. (Think HASA, if you know who they are, in that sense, should we need to go that far. The hope is that we won’t have to.)
One-person team only.

Challenge Admin/Plot Host(ess): Anaroriel[/u]
The Challenge Admin manages… well, the Challenges. If you’re entering a Challenge, send that submission to her and she’ll pass it on to have your name added to the page. She moderates the Challenge boards, publicizes new challenges, knows, verifies, and answers questions regarding the rules.
The Challenge Admin is also responsible for new plots. If you have an idea that you just don’t have time to write and want to see it either as a challenge, or just want to leave it open for someone to pick and write for you, email your idea to her, and she’ll pass that on, too, to have it approved and added. Let her know if that idea should be first-come, first-served, or open to multiple authors if it’s not a challenge.

Beta Admin:
The Beta Admin moderates the Editor's board and publicizes our editor/beta readers’ list and helps direct new and old members to the right editor. If you’re looking for an editor and can’t quite find one, email her the specifics of the work in question and she’ll help you find someone.
The Beta Admin aids our URL admin in link search when it pertains to the tricks of grammar, editing, and the like. If you’re an editor or beta and have questions about the process or want to improve your skills, contact her. If you want to improve your own writing skills or have suggestions for :~WTA~: to develop this part of our site, just give a yell.
A one to two-person team and no further.

The Archive Manager runs the Archive alongside the Manager and moderates the Archive and updates the Directory. They will verify the submission templates for accuracy, check submissions for content, see that there are no gaping grammatical or stylistic errors that require editing, and do a general check for appropriate rating.
The Archive Manager will update the individual author threads, add names to the Directory, and publicize the stories available when possible.
