Just another newbie strolling in to say hi! As you can probably tell, I am a PEF or more specifically a PPF (Pervy Peredhil fan). I started loving Tolkien when FOTR came out and it was a snowball effect until a full blown obsession now.  Hi. My name is Alassante and I am a LOTR addict.I came upon fan fiction last year and thought, 'Great! Another addiction!!' But this is a great one to have - one that combines both creative writing, reading, and LOTR. It doesn't get much better than that. ;D |

Hi! I've never heard of PEFs before. Well, learn something new everyday.  And why are you a PPF? Do you like Elrond, Arwen, Elohir, Elladan or some other elf I'm missing? Isn't fanfiction great? I love it too, and LotR fanfiction is the best all around. I hope to see some of your stuff. And I love your sense of humor. A good sense of humor is always needed! ;D |

PEF - Pervy Elf Fancier. PPF was just a joke cause I am partial to the twins. I started out my stuff on OSA (Open Scrolls) and pick up tons of stuff from their forum. (Some stuff is contagious!  ) I have a bunch of stuff on that site but its all NC17! I do have this one story that is new that I am doing an R version as well so I will post that here I hope! |

OSA, Open Scrolls... it kind of sounds familiar, I may have been there. But, if I ever stumble across it again, I'll look you up. I am not real partial to NC-17 though. I am more of a G person.  |

Belated welcome, Alassante!! Forgive me - I was stuck picking up a horse hours away from my house today... Good to have you here - I'm the manager, Elwen, although that is likely very, very obvious. I would tell you to just jump in a join us, but I think you fit in just fine - Ana's right in saying you've got a good sense of humour!! PPF... I love it. So is this T.A.A. now? Sorry this welcome is a little late. Anyway, welcome to TOA, allasante.
Just because I want to be medlesome I will give you a random fact about LotR. Okay here goes:
Elladan, Elrohir, Arwen, and Elrond actually wouldn't be half-elves. Earendil (Elrond's father if you didn't know) was the son of Tuor and Idril. Idril was an elf therefor Earendil would be a half-elf. Elrond would then be 3/4 elf and Elladan, Elrohir, and Arwen would be 7/8 elf.
