Okay, so to begin with, a quick explanation of how we'll proceed with this.
The primary thread, an author directory, will be updated by a member of management whenever a new member becomes an author on the forum by posting a submission. Authors will be listed in alphabetical order, and their names will be hyperlinked to their individual threads.
Each author will then have their own thread, listing their writings on :~TOA~: in three different posts on the thread: fanfiction, essays, and poetry. Each thread will begin with the author's name, email, and so forth, i.e. the information provided in their submission headings.
Each submission from that author will be linked to the actual submission post in turn. As the author continues to submit, they may update their personal thread by editing it, or management may do that for them.
If an author writes only fanfiction and never writes an essay, that is perfectly fine; the post will be there for their use if they so desire, but it is not at all compulsory.
If a guest chooses to submit work to the forum, their own thread will be created, but for precautionary reasons, management will update their threads. All work by that guest will be listed, and their name added to the directory, but an author must be a forum member to edit their own thread in these boards.
