Officially, we're going to begin utilizing a rather common forum practice when it comes to membership. Once a member registers, if they have not posted within 30 days of registering, their account will be deleted. Once they choose to come back on the forum, they are welcome to re-register, as they will not be banned. Similarly, if a registered member has been dormant for six consecutive months with no notice, their account will be deleted as well, again, leaving them free to register once more. However, if a member in the above situation has alerted management to a long-term absence, their account will not be tampered with. The only accounts that can be left without posting are those belonging to members of management who have joined the forum under two identities, strictly for administrative purposes. So therefore, if you have registered before this announcement, you have another 30 days to acknowledge that membership before it is terminated, and henceforth, this policy will be enacted. This is not directed at any particular member; rather, it is being done to keep the boards and listings clear of "lurking" members to open both names and positions to others interested. Thanks for your cooperation, and if you've any questions, don't hesitate to email the manager. ~ Tales of Arda Management Team
