Hey ~
I was just curious about the posting. You said that each submission must be sent to management for approval before it can be added as a submission, again to be done by management. Is there a particular reason for that method, or is it just a method to work by?

We do that because of content. The challenge winner will be hosted on a separate page of the site, and as such, we have to be careful of what we display. We leave ratings to G - mild R, but some of them would still be too much. It's not the best thing to have an inappropriate submission, which is why management must approve all submissions. It saves the hassle later on, and helps prevent the group from suffering major technical difficulties from the service provider.

Yeah, that makes perfect sense; some people just don't care, so I'm always curious when I see the other end of the spectrum... And I totally get it; I'd do the same - you don't want people voting for an NC-17 fic when it might be viewed by a child...
